Charlene is a senior member of the family law department and advises and represents clients in all aspects of divorce, civil partnership breakdown, financial matters, children issues and all other topic related to relationship background including cohabiting unmarried couples.

Charlene qualified as a solicitor on 17 January 2011 having graduated with a law degree from Sheffield Hallam University and thereafter worked for 4 other solicitors firms within the north west representing clients with litigated matters.

Her wealth of experience means she readily understands the difficulties clients face during family and relationship breakdown and provides practical yet robust advice in a cost effective and straightforward manner; she is a genuine safe pair of hands and very approachable.

  • My partner and I have recently entered a civil partnership and we wanted the additional security of a pre-civil partnership agreement.
