Absolutely fantastic solicitors who dealt with complicated probate/trust cases efficiently and swiftly. It is clear Colin is definitely an excellent solicitor and I would have no hesitation recommending both him and his firm. Could not be happier with the service we received. First Class Solicitors. Highly Recommended!
We recently instructed Freeman Jones Solicitors again to assist us with a high-value complex contract negotiation. The service we received was exceptional, with practical advice being given throughout and at a reasonable cost. We have used Freeman Jones before and will continue to recommend them to others as our first port of call for anyone who needs cost-effective, excellent legal advice.
I met Colin in 2011 and instructed Freeman Jones to work with me in 2013 over a variety of circumstances, including business and family matters. Colin is fantastic and I cannot recommend him enough. He is direct, and straight to the point and his first port of call is asking you the outcome you want from the situation at hand, always thinking of you. He explains things so they are easily understood and looks after everything to get the results you want. Colin is approachable and easy to talk to, even in the most difficult situations, and has often gone above and beyond. Trust is one of the biggest elements in life and business and Colin has my trust. I have recommended him to many and would keep doing so because of his client-centric approach and communication style. I would highly recommend Colin and Freeman Jones to work with.
Recommended for wills. Excellent Service.
My partner and I have recently entered a civil partnership and we wanted the additional security of a pre-civil partnership agreement. This document was being overseen by another local family law firm (commissioned by my partner). Due to significant delays, errors, and poor communication by my partner's law firm, I was unable to organise my own independent legal advice until two weeks prior to our ceremony. This was an incredibly stressful and anxious time for me but thankfully I was supported by Colin Freeman, Freeman Jones Solicitors. Throughout the initial telephone consultation and subsequent face-to-face meeting, I felt that Colin understood the requirements of the documentation and the time pressures required for the task. Colin was honest and transparent in his discussions, which helped to manage my anxieties and expectations. I felt that I was receiving professional and expert advice and Colin was able to answer my queries when I got lost in the legal terminology. This was very reassuring to me. However, it was his actions in redrafting and presenting an agreement that I was happy with, in the short time frame which meant that he worked on his day off, that impressed me the most. I felt valued as a client and would want to be supported by Colin in any future legal matters.
