We are delighted to announce that our consultant solicitor Julian Palmer has on account of his contribution towards the above publication has received formal recognition within it.

Julian also sits on the Law Society’s Tax Technical Sub-Committees for Income Tax, Capital Taxes and HMRC powers and regularly works for Central Law Training (CLT).  For CLT he lectures and trains other lawyers in respect of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) qualification. Indeed Julian is the author of the Foundation STEP manual and teaching materials.

Julian also contributes to Atkin’s Court Forms and is Consultant Editor to Halisbury’s Laws of England.
