During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak Freeman Jones Solicitors remain open for business as usual

In anticipation of the government guidance we quickly adjusted our work practices and have remained fully open for existing and new clients. For safety reasons, we are of course currently not seeing clients face-to-face, but we are continuing with all telephone appointments as before and also offering video consultations.

All of our services remain available and our clients will be fully supported as usual. Although our staff are working remotely our clients should not notice a difference.

We would ask however that during these difficult times all clients observe the social distancing recommendations and do not try to hand deliver any documents directly to our offices unless, you have been asked to do so or by prior arrangement with us.

New enquiries

Despite the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic we continue to receive new enquiries especially relating to:

A word from Colin Freeman our managing director

During these difficult and unprecedented times our priority is to service our existing and new client’s needs throughout Chester, Liverpool, Warrington, Wrexham and surrounding areas.

We remain fully open and operational for new business and new enquiries can be made in exactly the same ways as before namely by:

  • telephone;
  • our website; or
  • email.

Appointments will be arranged at times to suit our client’s needs and are now regularly taking place by via phone or video.

Our sophisticated computer systems and the measures we implemented in anticipation of the lock-down have enabled us to do this with minimum disruption to existing and new clients and at the same time keep both our clients and staff safe which is of paramount importance to us.
